Cancellation Policy

Bookings for the 24 Unit EEsystem^TM Lounge are in great demand. To ensure these valuable sessions are utilised we have implemented the following cancellation policy for everyone booking a session at Quantum Healing Noosa.

Customers can cancel or re-book their scheduled session at any time up to 48 hours prior to their session time free of charge.

Customers cancelling or rebooking within 24 hours of their scheduled session time will be charged 50% of their total session cost

Cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled session time, on the day or your scheduled session or a no show for your session time will be charged at full session price

Money Back Policy

There are no guarantees of specific results with the EESystem sessions. However, if you purchase a multi session pack of 10 hours or more and you feel that this is not for you after trying it for a minimum of 4 hours, simply ask and we will refund you for the remaining hours not used.
